Rabbit Cry

Whether you’re on the hunt for deer, wolf, bobcat, or lynx, or just out to call in some varmints, the “Cryer” Rabbit Cry can handle the job.

For best results, start softly, as a loud call will spook any animal that might already be close at hand. After a few moments, proceed with the normal volume and let the Cryer Rabbit Cry do it’s magic.

The death cry of a rabbit is the favorite of all callers and easy to reproduce with just a little practice. It’s a series of loud, shrill, sharp violent screams, mixed with plaintive moans and whimpers. Try 4-5 sharp, violent screams, varying the volume. Then, make 4-5 more with lower, slower pleading tones and let the Rabbit Cry lure your prey in close. Finish off with 1-2 long drawn out moans and seal the deal.

Complete that call cycle within about 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes and repeat.

Features:

Three separate slots; a small to reproduce the cry of a young rabbit, a medium slot that reproduces the cry of a Cottontail rabbit, and a large slot to mimic the screech of a Jack Rabbit cry, create a versatile call that can handle the needs of almost any hunter. Best of all, our rabbit cry uses a standard size #62 rubber band for replacement, so there are no expensive parts to replace if one should go out!
